Completely and beautifully renovated in 2016, Breton Village Green is a five story HUD subsidized community for Seniors where rent is based on income. Proudly, we are 100% SMOKE FREE! We are on the bus line and are within walking distance to restaurants, great shopping, banks and medical services. Our community consists of a Library, Computer Room, Hair Salon, Fitness Room, Internet Lounge, Theater Room and a Community Room for all residents to enjoy. Each floor has a Laundry Room and a Sitting Area where residents are able to quietly read or enjoy a friendly game with a neighbor. Service Coordinators are on staff to provide support to our residents by obtaining services needed to remain independent. Our Maintenance staff is available around the clock to put your mind at ease.
