I've lived in the townhouses here for two years. Mostly it's been good. The A/C could be stronger, but we hardly ever run it because we get such good ventilation. On the downside, we're in a unit fronting Katella, so traffic noise comes in the window at night. I got used to it really quickly, the only thing that bothers me now is the cholos on their choppers that come through a few times a week. That's obnoxious. It's nice having a little yard, but they just redid the fences and now they ...
don't go all the way to the ground, so our neighbor's trash keeps blowing into our yard. The maintenance staff is awesome, although the office staff leaves a bit to be desired. All in all I've had a pretty good experience here.

He have lived in our community for about two years now and we love it. The Maintenance people are quick to respond to your needs. Since they live here too, when you see them walking around it's like having someone from your family helping you at home. The office staff is very funny too. They're eager to help any issues and they tell jokes.
