Roomy one bedroom apartment

This is my first apartment after years of living in a house so my top priority was finding a place I felt secure. I was lucky enough to find this 3 story brick apartment complex in the residential section of town. There are 4 units on each floor which makes it seem cozy but I don't hear the neighbors which are a mixture of young and old people. It seems the building was built in the 70's but has been updated. My one bedroom apartment has hard wooden floors, full size kitchen and bath, large ...
front window, and several closets. The back has a yard with woods and is walking distance to some shops. The landlord is friendly and I'm able to have one cat. Overall, I feel I made a good choice.
