Great family friendly complex
March 8, 2016I have lived in a lot of different apartment complex's and this one has by far been my favorite. Everything is upgraded - hardwood laminate floor, granite counter tops, tile bathroom floors, etc. Everyone I have met here is SO nice. There have been numerous times where I have dropped my things in the hallway and instead of my neighbors taking it, they leave it at my doorstep for me. With having kids, the non-smoking aspect is great! Even the tenants that do smoke, they respect the policy and walk ...off the complex to go smoke. Since I live on a top floor, I've never really had an issue with hearing my neighbors much. In every apartment complex I've lived in, I always hear my neighbors, so maybe I'm used to it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great location
July 22, 2015This apartment is in the best location I could imagine. Near Crabtree mall, several commercial areas, in the back, there's the trail, close to I440, etc. I love the hard floor because I can't stand washing carpet. Now there's only one thing and this bothers me a lot: you can hear your neighbors entire conversation on the phone, you can hear when the neighbors phone is vibrating, you hear when they wake up, flush the toilet, walk, watch TV, etc. I've lived in several apartment buildings and none ...were as bad as this one. so if you can't sleep while your upstairs neighbor is dragging her chair and furniture right above your head, you should look somewhere else. You don't hear the neighbors from the same floor (the ones on your sides). Just top to bottom and vice versa. You also know your upstairs neighbors will hear everything you do in your apartment, so no privacy for both of you. I would give 1 star because of the noise (not your neighbors fault, but the lack of soundproofing. But all the rest is 5 stars. Maintenance comes quickly too. It's a non smoking complex. *Since I live here, 2 years ago, I never saw one single roach, spider, ant, mosquito or any other bug. It must have something to do with location plus pest control. I would say, if you get used to noise, this place is perfect. If not, you should look somewhere else because you will get tired complaining on the phone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
