August 21, 2023Thank you for your review, we have hired entirely new management and have trained them on valuing customers and Tenant concerns, we have also added about a million dollars of improvements including a completed wrought iron fence around the entire property which we are activating in short order (we even succeeded in getting the city of Jackson code department to approve the fencing.
