  • I would not live here again!!!

    I lived here 3 years. When I first moved to that are in 2018 it was very hard to find a place to live. Pros Good Location Pet friendly Cons Amenities one grill for the entire complex that never works Pool that is closed half the time and needs to be relined. leaving water all over the grounds adding to the pest problem. Law enforcement there a lot this has improved in the past year. Pot smell is real bad in the apartment community. Charge late charges when your rent is not late. There mistake ...
    in my case. Did not refund late charge when rent was paid before the first of August. Shower and stove were bad when I moved in and never fixed. I was told i would get a new range one day never got it. I did not use the range much so not a major issue unless you cook a lot. Document everything you do and that is said to you. I wish I would have. They are not supportive or helpful in any way. I did live there 3 years so I am just saying if you do choose this property be careful document and do not expect any appreciation for paying your rent on time keeping your place as clean as you can considering how bad the bathroom and kitchen range is. The carpet was good. Bottom line they will not work with you at all. Thank you

    They get you in with a cheap move in offer and then after the initial move in period the quality of service declines extremely. Not much better than a slum.

  • Very Poor Management

    Management seemed more interested in maintaining their own comfort rather than the safety and comfort of residents. The unit I was in had dirty old carpet, nothing like the hardwood floors in their online pictures. This place is a dump, don't move here!!

  • worst place ever

    wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy. supposed to be non smoking but ppl smoke weed so much it comes into our apt daily. ppl smoke in the elevators. we put in work orders to have things fixed a month ago and still waiting to have fixed. office staff are nice to your face but totally deceptive. who really asks for a 60 day notice to move out but these morons. washer and dryers take a pay card and 99% will take your money and NOT work...if you want screwed over then totally this is ...

  • Don't move here

    New management. They are trying. But we have been here for 3 months and from the start have had ROACH problems that WONT GO AWAY. Bi-weekly pest control sprays are worthless. Corporate doesn't care and won't return my phone calls. Worst decision ever.
