Positives: Very nice and modern kitchen. Large floor plans. Safe garage. Extremely pet friendly, practically everyone seems to have at least a dog. Pet fee is less than other apartments. River is literally right behind the building and beautiful. Can walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, library, post office. Apartment utilities are not too bad even with the enormous windows. Lovely appliances. Very responsive maintenance, nice guy. At least one social event a month and you'll get to recognize, ...
if not know, your neighbors. Age ranges from babies to retirees and everything in between. Little community garden in the back during warm months. Gym has one of everything you'd need for a full-body workout. Working grills, pizza oven, firepit and fan in the back area. Managers are really nice and know you by name. Always feel safe here.
Negatives: is probably the most modern, and therefore most expensive, apartment complex in Waukesha. However if you're looking in other suburbs like Pewaukee or Brookfield, it's not. Building utilities gets billed back to you so expect ~$80-100 for that. Garage cost is OK for one car but pretty prohibitive for two. Cars and firetrucks can be loud. Is not a concrete building, so you can hear neighbors sometimes.
Overall, totally worth it.
