Poor Management
November 18, 2016I've lived here for the past 11 months and I am looking forward to the end of my lease next month. The attitude and professionalism of the leasing office and maintenance crew have been without a question appalling and dreadful. Months without addressing maintenance issues after multiple follow-up requests, impolite attitude when visiting the leasing office if you're a current resident, and just last week they cut off the water supply for 7 buildings without warning and blamed the City Water ...Department (when in reality the City had no reports about the outage whatsoever). The issue was not resolved for about 18 hours on a weekday. If you're looking for apartments around the area, trust me, there are much better options for competitive prices nearby.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 12, 2015I live in a 2 bedroom Town home. It has lots of space. The apartment manager is terrific and easy to talk to. The staff including maintenance is always there to fix problems as soon as you request service. This community is small and so the staff here know you by first name. The noise level is quiet. I have been living here for eight years. I sometimes think of moving but when I look else where it brings me right back here to sign another lease. The privacy I have here makes me feel like I own my ...own home. So if you looking for a great place to live that is close to bus, grocery store the train to take you uptown and tons of shopping this is the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
