Terrible property owner
October 26, 2018I liked the location. Some cockroaches found dead and a wasp nest outside on the porch, but lived there for about 2 years and everything was smooth.. and that's when things went downhill. There was a domestic violence case involving a kid and her baby daddy and the apartments didn't do much. Then later that night there was a SHOOTING right outside my window, same guy living next door. Police came out, but the office didn't make it that big of a deal. This guy was wanted for arrested, but they ...disappeared. They need to do better background checks. Anyways, HERES WHERE THINGS GET EXTRA MESSY, I decide to move out, but my roommate didn't at the time. Since my parents were the co signers I talked to ------ at the office, and she had me and my mom come in and sign a 30 day document releasing me from contract and my mom from being the cosigner. Long story short, ------ basically made up that bs document - which I watched her put it in the file and scan - because 3 months later, my parents get a bill saying rent hasn't been paid all summer and they are the cosigners and are responsible and will have their attorney contact us, even though I didn't live there all summer. But they shouldn't have been the responsible part. ------ handled this INCREDIBLY RUDELY!!! She refused to give me and my parents any information about whether or not rent money was being paid and she just goes to both me and my mom "oh well you signed the 30 day notice so I can't give you any information." Anyways mangment is rude and totally unprofessional. Now I'm 1,500 in debt because this ----- gave us the wrong information or just plain ignored us.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love Living Here!
July 23, 2015My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now, and we love it! This is our first place together and we've really been able to make it our home. The rent is extremely reasonable! We have not had any major issues since we've been here, and the management is super easy to work with. The few things we've needed replaced (Lightbulbs, air filters, etc.), they've been quick to respond and take care of for us. We LOVE the neighborhood and the friendly neighbors we have here!
