My uncle has lived here for 6 years. He loves the staff and the community. I can say for sure anytime he has had an issue. All he gad to do was call the office and Katie or Morgan will send someone right away. That goes along way with him, he is older so cant fix things like he used to. He wanted me to leave this review for him. Maintenance is great as well. Thank you WNY

The girl Katie in the office is horrible..doesn’t go by lease rules..makes up late fees..the maintenance people are lazy and leave nails all over the parking lot..drug deals non stop!! Don’t move here

If it wasnt for the girl in the office idk what I would of done. My credit isnt great and she understands sometimes bad stuff happens to good people. I am glad to call brierwood my home.
