    Living here has been a mixed experience. The layout of my unit is acceptable but lacks functionality in key areas, such as the absence of a pantry, which makes food storage inconvenient. Noise is a recurring issue due to my unit’s location near the pool. While the pool itself is often mildly dirty, and while the space is enjoyable when quiet, its general upkeep is lacking. One of the most frustrating issues has been the gym—particularly the treadmills, which have remained unusable for far too ...
    long. There has been little indication that management plans to resolve this any time soon. Parking also continues to be a problem. Reserved spots that residents pay for are sometimes taken by others. Also, reaching apartment staff is difficult. They don't respond to the phone often, and the front office is routinely locked during office hours.

    i've only lived here a month & both vehicles have been broken into with shattered windows... twice. office manager does not care if you feel unsafe. which sucks because the community is fairly quiet. security detail isnt worth it

    These people are always, ALWAYS in your business. They snoop at you balcony. They had 15 cars get broken into and WHERE was the insight Security thats supposed to be there! They charge you for fees to move. All these people want is your money!

    Bristol Place is a great place to live. All the office staff and maintenance crew are friendly, professional and do an excellent job of not only meeting but exceeding expectations. Any concerns are always handled in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The complex also has many awesome amenities and holds events to show appreciation for the residents. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live in Baton Rouge.

    I have lived here for 10 years and and have had an excellent experience. I would like to stay longer, if it was not for the breezeway area. I was in the process of either moving to another apartment in another building or moving to a new complex in March, when covid-19 hit. I renewed my lease.
