Renters beware
July 25, 2022Renters beware! Do your research before signing here!!!!!! Talk to residents, walk the property, drive by at night, you’ll be happy you did. Leasing agents will be nice and helpful until you sign the lease and they don’t care about negative reviews. They rotate management and could care less about you or issues they’ve directly cause you. Flooded unit, building access issues, erroneous charges, trash everywhere on property, inaccessible amenities, lose aggressive dogs on property, car break ins ...are just a few issues I’ve personally experienced in the last 4 months. Management refuses to address any issues and will blame everything on “vendor delays”. If you have children or pets, this complex is NOT SAFE! Do yourself and your family a favor. July 27, 2020I rated them a 8 because of the office staff but it's a nice and quiet community. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to fix things. I do not go to the office very often but I have lived here for a while and when I do go, the staff hardly ever has a smile on their face and they always seem to be very busy.Property Manager Responded
