CLOSE TO NORFOLK BASE
September 19, 2024I lived at 6135 Apartment January 2023 to January 2024 and I had no issues. Leasing office got some great customer service Melissa and Trisha. It’s a 12 min drive to the Norfolk base and traffic isn’t terrible. You have your local stores , Walmart, Target , Ross etc nearby. Navy federal is like 3mins walk from there. Just Don’t Do it

Great Experience
October 12, 2022Trischa, the property manager, was amazing. She was extremely professional, pleasant, and responsive. When I first moved in I had a few issues, but they were resolved quickly by one of the ladies in the maintenance staff. JJ was pleasant and knowledgeable and resolved my maintenance issue quickly. September 26, 2021Brittany Place Apartments is the WORST. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Management suck and very unprofessional and slow and very less concerned about tenants. I’ve had mold on my walls for weeks. The maintenance team literally painted over it and never came back to treat or check. Don’t move here it will be your biggest regret!Property Manager Responded

Terrible
October 30, 2020There’s absolutely no parking out here .. they have these big huge dumpsters all over parking lot & in the cuts of the parking lot taking all parking spots where cars used to park at . Yet they want tow cars & pay rent & tell you where to park ( which even those parking spaces are taking).. no apartment outside street lights . And I have to get my baby at night & walk far from my car to my apartment ( no parking) in the dark . Also I put in a “ request “ TWICE on the Brittany place website ...where we login to pay rent about these problems ..we are so Ready to moveProperty Manager Responded
