I been here 2 years and I had A possum come up from the bottom of my sink. My ceiling fell my cabinets falling off my heat been off five months. I have a bad gas leak. Yes I didn’t pay no rent. Why should I and all this going on in the apartment one of my cousins had to come spray the apartment to keep out rats that not the place where u want live at

This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Our air conditioner was broken for over a month. The manager Angela had the audacity to tell me that it was not an emergency because it was less than 80 degrees outside. She is so unprofessional!! On top of that, we found out that the roof in our building was leaking when we woke up to our couch soaked. Someone came out to look at the damage and told us they would come back when everything was dried. No one has come back and now we have brown water ...

marks on our ceiling. Then our refrigerator stopped working in the middle of the night!!!! We ended up losing about $100 worth of food. We reported it to the office and was told the same thing we are always told “ I’ll put a work order in” well it’s been 2 weeks and no one has come to look at our refrigerator! We had to go to Walmart and spend $80 we could not afford to spend on a small refrigerator just so we had somewhere to store our condiments and drinks. Between COVID and the issues we have had with this apartment it has just been the worst year for us. Management does not care about the tenants.

The manager is rude, unprofessional very mean and spiteful!!! I currently reside here and i pay my rent either on time or early, stay in house, never had the police out here, and literally bother no one. My vehicle was wrongfully removed from the premises, and when I required an answer, she then tried to play victim. I have requested for my air conditioner to be fixed for 9 months. I even explained that i have a son who can experience extreme heat rashes and the they still refused to fix it ...

knowing i live on the 3rd floor. After countless calls, emails, and I went to the office 4 times. She immediately said she was uncomfortable and would only speak with me through writing. How can a person not be at peace in there own home? This has been the worse experience ever. Even the person who works under her doesn't like how she treats the tenants. Please do not consider these apartments when looking for a home, its nothing but stress and torture!!!

Apartments roads need repairing nobody in the front office knows anything about when it will be fixed. There is only 1 and a half maintenance men and the building so old you will definitely need to see one of them. The pool is green and nasty looking... I wastold the 1 bdrm is 560 its not worth it
