DON'T MOVE IN HERE - Check the google reviews
February 16, 2026A week after moving in, maintenance entered without notice, didn’t fix listed issues, and my cat escaped. We received the wrong mailbox key, faced a broken trash compactor, and waited over a month for a leaking tub repair—leaving us without reliable hot water. Ice at the exit is dangerous. High Rent, Poor Management, No Accountability
February 3, 2026I have been living here for about a year, and unfortunately my experience with management and maintenance has been consistently disappointing. Maintenance and leasing requests are rarely addressed in a timely manner. In many cases, it takes more than a week just to receive a response. Many times, service requests were marked as “resolved” without any actual inspection or repair. The maintenance team often closes requests without even visiting the apartment to assess the issue. There is a clear ...lack of accountability and follow through. Issues are acknowledged on paper but not addressed in practice, which makes it frustrating to rely on management for basic upkeep. Winter maintenance is another major concern. After snowfall, the parking lot is not cleared at all, and residents are often left struggling to find parking. It appears that management waits for the snow to melt on its own rather than taking responsibility for snow removal. Given the high rent, the level of service and facilities provided is the worst. If you value responsiveness, accountability, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend considering other options before renting here.Property Manager Responded

Save your money and mental health
May 21, 2024This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. Management are the worst people I have ever dealt with and don't know how they still have a job. Don't expect maintenance to help with anything either and when you complain you will be told that you are harassing them. They go against your lease which has now made me get a lawyer. Do Not Live Here
February 6, 2023They didn’t let us see our apartment before signing the lease. We moved in to very old carpet, and old and messed up cabinets and bathrooms. They charged us $300 to fix a problem we didn’t cause in the bathroom. Maintenance takes forever even with emergencies. Our front door has had problems almost 10 times now, they give temporary fixes that break within the week! There is ALWAYS dog poop in the grass, and if your pipes freeze in the winter, you end up with no heat, too! I enjoyed my time at Britton woods

Management is a complete joke
September 15, 2022I’ve been waiting over a month and a half to get my washer fixed. 2 weeks ago when I talked to them about it they promised me someone would be out that day. When I called them about it a couple days ago Rick just told me people have been waiting way longer to get things fixed, which he must be so proud of. My advise is to go to literally any other apartment and you’ll be much happier I know I would be.Property Manager Responded

Poor management
August 2, 2022It’s been 3 weeks since I moved in and my toilet is still needing fixed. I moved into this apartment that had a broken cabinet and shower curtain rod in addition to the toilet that wasn’t fixed. I also had a 6 inch red ink stain in the middle of my carpet and white paint on my floor from where they touched up the trim. When I brought these issues up to management their first response was “well do you want out of your lease” which really shows where their level of care is at. This place is a ...complete joke and I regret ever even touring this place let alone being stuck here for the next 12 months. My advice is to go anywhere but here.Property Manager Responded

Good size but at what price
January 26, 2022I lived here for over a year and a half and had a love-hate relationship. The size of the apartments is amazing but it’s not worth the other hassles of this complex. The parking lot is always filled with unsupervised children when there are multiple spaces for children to play outside of the parking lot while supervised. It’s just unsafe and this is never addressed by staff appropriately. Kids should be able to play without worrying about a distracted driver almost hitting them. Also, the ...trash compactor area is always extremely filthy from residents. Multiple times there is bulk trash left on the side for months or piles of trash left when the compactor is full for rodents to scavenge freely. This often leads to broken equipment and no accountability for residents who do not dispose of trash appropriately. My biggest concern was the exclusivity for internet providers given the limitations of coverage for each provider. A lot of my neighbors and the leasing office at the time had spectrum but when I requested a survey to be able to switch from AT&T, I was told they only allowed AT&T due to contracting. However, the only internet available at the time from AT&T is 50 which is definitely not enough for WFH and was spotty throughout the apartment. The only solution provided by AT&T is to use a mobile hotspot and open more services beside internet. The management also has been anything but polite. I never had any issues with the office staff but the property manager has always been rude when addressing concerns. The website lists two pools but they only ever open one pool for all residents which is not maintained all season and overcrowded even during COVID times. The workout room is often missing equipment outside of cardio machines or cleaning supplies for equipment to promote sanitation in shared spaces. Not all apartments will have the same upgrades as well and there is no distinction on the website for what upgrade includes what items. Definitely request to see the actual unit that will be leased before signing any agreements to make sure you are not surprised when first receiving keys on move in.Property Manager Responded

Ok but beware of internet agreement
January 26, 2021Fairly well maintained for a 30 year old building, just pricey. The biggest drawback is their exclusivity agreement with AT&T for internet. The best they could give me is 50mb and it seldom reaches that speed. Not good if you work from home. Some residents were able to get Spectrum but others are told absolutely not.
