I LOVE it here! It's so peaceful and quiet. There's nobody above or below me, and I don't hear a thing from my neighbors. It's a beautiful, pet-friendly community in the heart of nampa. Close enough to anything I could possibly need, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The units are brand new and in beautiful condition, and the perfect size for my pup and I. Could not be happier!

I love living here! Nice quiet place to live. I needed a safe community to reside in, I am not home most days because of the line of work I’m in so I was looking for a place that I would feel comfortable leaving my belongings at without me or anyone being at home most of the time. I found it, and the convenience of being able to lock or unlock doors even when away from home!! You are able to control a couple of the lights from your phone and even turn the air or heat on or off all while you are ...

Nice quiet place although it is next to the college it is really quiet. Management is on top of anything that they can do to help your quality of life. Maintenance actually fixes issues when you submit a work order.
