This building should be condemned. This is by far the worst apartment building I have ever stayed in my entire life. From the first month living here I’ve had major upstairs water leaks ruining my furniture, which has happened on multiple occasions during my year here. A ROACH, MICE AND RAT infestation that they refuse to do anything meaningful about… per pest control because they’re afraid the rats will die in the wall and leave a smell. washer and dryer but they been waiting on the equipment for over two years! So you have to go to the disgusting laundry room that they NEVER clean with clear mice holes and roaches everywhere just to PAY for laundry. In fact they recently raised the cost. I won’t even get started on the evil-hearted rental agents that have no customer service skills, who either do nothing to improve the lives of the tenants or actively make it worse. I will be filing complaints with both the city and state housing authorities.
