Wonderful Apartment Complex
June 13, 2025I just moved in to Broadstone Wren two weeks ago and have been truly impressed by the apartments as well as the staff! Shae and all of the women in management here are so attentive, friendly, kind and quick to respond to requests, which I truly appreciate! The apartment itself is also very nice, quiet and high quality, and I really love my home here so far. The only complaint I had when I moved in was that the coldest temperature I could set the AC to was 68 degrees, which is too warm for many ...women over 40 and even some men to sleep at. Thankfully, the management agreed to re-set the maximum temperature in my apartment to 65 degrees, which has made it more comfortable for me. Anyway, the staff has been very amenable to accommodating residents, which I sincerely appreciate, and overall, I'm very happy with the apartment complex! It is definitely one of the best ones in the Denver metro area.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025Love it here! 2 years and going on our 3rd year when we renew our lease. It’s a beautiful place to call home and never had noise issues. Our building is cleaned weekly and I love coming home to vacuumed stairs and entrances. And the stuff they use smells amazing!!! The grounds are well maintained. The pool was opened for most of the summer with only a slight repair closure. Compared to my old complex where it was always closed for repair! Summers are so enjoyable and the pool is never ...crowded. I feel safe parking and walking around. And I love being surrounded by so many shops and eateries!Property Manager Responded

March 21, 2025I will start off by saying I never write reviews. For this one I think it’s a little bit special because they really deserve a good review at Broadstone Wren. Really about the details and when you go inside the office, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. The apartments are fantastic clean and the detailing in there is fantastic as well. The pool area is amazing very clean. They have a great gym. They have a great lobby. I would also like to mention that the staff is incredible! I worked ...with Britney and from the moment I spoke to her on the telephone before I even arrived. I knew I wanted to go see this apartment unit. She was fantastic. So from showing the apartment to filling out the paperwork, she helped with every step of this process with a smile on her face and was very professional, and went out of her way to make it a good experience You won’t be!
