Horrible Management
December 22, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comManagement does not care about residents needs. Maintenance takes a long time to show up if they do and after repeatedly asking for something to be fixed. Car thefts. No security. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The tennis courts are not maintained or clean. There is no gym. They only bought treadmills and weights. The pools aren’t clean. Construction for the large patios have taken years to build. If you work from home or like your peace do not live here, they are always blowing leaves and ...dust around, cutting grass, or “working” on construction that takes years to finish and there’s glass and dog poop everywhere. August 28, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comIt's been a great pleasure living here. It is sad to say good bye, but Broadstone has a great staff. Maintenance is great and they are helpful. I've only seen the manager like twice, but she seems nice. The blond lady has a great personality and she cares about her residents. I know why they have here there. As far as for the other lady, I think she is the assistant of something, she's very forgetful, I really can't count how many times I have put in work orders for the same thing and she forgets ...(she looks lost).Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
