Just moved in back in August. Staff is amazing and answered all my questions. Maintenance handled a small situation I had fast no issues at all. Beautiful and quiet place to live.

I recently moved into this community and have been very happy with the experience. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the complex is well-kept, and the staff is attentive and helpful with any questions. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. Poor management, no maintenance

Apartments are old, appliances don't work and maintenance does not replace them. Rain gutters are falling apart. Broken lamps outside the apartments. Management doesn't care about the condition of the apartments.

Horrible Management
December 22, 2023
Management does not care about residents needs. Maintenance takes a long time to show up if they do and after repeatedly asking for something to be fixed. Car thefts. No security. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The tennis courts are not maintained or clean. There is no gym. They only bought treadmills and weights. The pools aren’t clean. Construction for the large patios have taken years to build. If you work from home or like your peace do not live here, they are always blowing leaves and ...
dust around, cutting grass, or “working” on construction that takes years to finish and there’s glass and dog poop everywhere. Too pricey for San Bernardino.

This was an amazing apartment!! I wish I can come back if I needed to. Everything was up to day brand new. Clean & very spacious! So sad it ended early but most definitely recommend !!

It's been a great pleasure living here. It is sad to say good bye, but Broadstone has a great staff. Maintenance is great and they are helpful. I've only seen the manager like twice, but she seems nice. The blond lady has a great personality and she cares about her residents. I know why they have here there. As far as for the other lady, I think she is the assistant of something, she's very forgetful, I really can't count how many times I have put in work orders for the same thing and she forgets ...
(she looks lost).

I loved this place

I would absolutely recommend a friend to go here. They have very nice staff, very clean property and absolutely safe. There is a security car driving in the area every nigh. I felt safe and welcome in this place

I felt safe here and would recommend it to someone who wants a safe apartment community. however the price comes with that safety. Apartment overall was alright. Could have been better cleaned before I moved in and was charged excessive when I moved out.
