Rats in the apartment building every year. The AC units break every summer. Space and size of the apartment is around 650 sqft for the 2br, not 800 like it is listed. Dog poop everywhere. Most apartments have unfinished floors too.. I would look elsewhere.

Thank you for renewing with us. All central AC units are newer 14 SEER efficiency units that work very well. Our square footages are accurate per the assessor calculations, and our sealed concrete floors are one of our selling points! We are sorry that you had a pest issue, but it was resolved quickly.

If you're looking for a nicely appointed apartment with an open floor plan that's centrally located, then this place should be at the top of your list.

This was a great updated apartment building convenient to Mill and Campus. Quiet units with concrete walls and floors. In unit laundry and dishwasher were valuable to have!

This renovated unit is in a small community, which is a plus. Another plus is washer and dryer in unit. The living and dining area is quirky if you want to have a dining table. Parking is 1 spot per unit. There is no guest parking on site. The units are spacious. The 2 bedroom floor plan only has one bathroom, which can get tough when getting ready in the morning.

I have lived here since July. The apartments are all renovated with concrete floors and the original brick walls. The good: washer/dryer in unit. The design is very sleek and modern. The bedrooms are huge. The bad: no dishwashers and two bedrooms only have one bathroom. The living / dining area is quirky so creating a place for a dining table can be challenging. The brick walls make the units hot. Parking is tight. Guest have to find parking in neighborhood.
