March 11, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comCons: -Unprofessional and rude management -Extremely noisy(neverending constructions, police cars, ambulances) -You can literally hear everything from apartments above, below, left, and right; because it's been so poorly renovated.(dogs barking, people making love,....) -Very weak water pressure -Very tiny kitchen(no microwave, no dishwasher,no garbage disposal) Pros: -You'll be living very close to all restaurants and shops on the plaza - 80% of the time you can find a parking spot if you get ...home before 9 PM Note: Make sure you take photos of everything that looks slightly off when you move in,otherwise you'll get ripped off big time when moving out.Read More

Rent is reasonable for s location 1 block off of the Country Club Plaza. I am upgrading to a 2 br and will stay with this group at a different location!
