March 11, 2022Cons: -Unprofessional and rude management -Extremely noisy(neverending constructions, police cars, ambulances) -You can literally hear everything from apartments above, below, left, and right; because it's been so poorly renovated.(dogs barking, people making love,....) -Very weak water pressure -Very tiny kitchen(no microwave, no dishwasher,no garbage disposal) Pros: -You'll be living very close to all restaurants and shops on the plaza - 80% of the time you can find a parking spot if you get ...home before 9 PM Note: Make sure you take photos of everything that looks slightly off when you move in,otherwise you'll get ripped off big time when moving out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015This is a complex of 1 br apts. they are updated and clean with a great and accessible maintenance and mgmt team. Rent is reasonable for s location 1 block off of the Country Club Plaza. I am upgrading to a 2 br and will stay with this group at a different location!Review from Apartments.com
