      I’ve lived here for over 10 years, and the building has really improved over time. The neighbors are great and it’s usually very quiet at night, which I really appreciate. Management has done a good job making the building feel more secure. They make sure pets have proper permission and paperwork, and there are cameras throughout the property which adds another level of safety. The maintenance manager is always on site and works hard to keep everything in good order. We now have more washing ...
      machines than before, and the building continues to make improvements each year. When my mailbox was damaged, he made sure it was replaced within four days, which I really appreciated. That kind of responsiveness makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live, and I appreciate the effort management puts into maintaining and improving the building.

      I have been living at 710 South Broadway since September, 2009. I have never had any problems of any kind at this location.I am fully satisfied with my continued tenancy here. The current property manager has put tremendous emphasis on the overall safety, security and cleanliness of the building and to make the building tenants' stay here absolutely enjoyable and comfortable and memorable.     • Noticeable Improvements Every Year – Great Management

      I’ve lived here for the past few years, and I can honestly say the building has improved every year. The current management team is very responsive and takes issues seriously. Whenever something is reported, they follow up quickly, and the maintenance team does a great job addressing problems in a timely way. One example of the improvements is the laundry area. Years ago, we only had two washing machines for a five-story building, and when one broke it created a real struggle for residents. ...
      Under the new management, additional machines have been installed and they are much better quality, which has made a big difference. Security has also improved significantly. In the past, once someone entered the building they essentially had access to everything. The new management installed a secure key-fob system, which now requires a fob to enter the building, use the elevator, access stairways above the first floor, and enter the basement where the washers and dryers are located. Another positive change is the atmosphere in the building. The residents are generally very respectful and low-key, and it’s clear that management has worked to create a community where people take pride in the building and respect their neighbors. Overall, I’ve appreciated seeing the improvements over the years and the effort management has made to maintain and upgrade the property.

      The JCA Group property management company hired a new On Site Manager for the complex. He has changed the environment and culture of the whole building which leads to outside as well. The block was riddled with people all over the street from the building and the area along with a flow of drama entering the building. Not since the new manager. Single women and elderly are in a better position now and the building is able to start thriving.

      I am currently a resident here and I love it. The maintenance team is amazing and always available to help and the manager is very helpful and communicative. The neighbors are extremely friendly and the apartments are nice. If you’re looking for something affordable and stress free you should definitely check these apartments out.

      Right off of Broadway, very walking friendly. Commute anywhere in Los Angeles County with the buses around. Subway and buses everywhere. Not too far from shopping groceries and the Santee Alleys and Grand Central Market. Manager is really cool and parking is tricky but there are parking garages next door.
