Love my new home!!
July 2, 2025I dunno what these reviews are about! Brooksedge is wonderful!! My 1br is newly remodeled as are the laundry rooms. My building is quiet and people friendly that I've spoken to . Office staff is very attentive efficient and personable in my experience. And patient with me as I figure out all the online tenant portal stuff lol I'm even able to put in for a handicap parking spot as I have some mobility issues. There's cameras in the parking lot and a nice grassy area to picnic or relax in. I was ...able to bring my kitty and I believe they allow small dogs. Everything is clean and I love driving up to the property it's all lush and green and inviting. In my viewing I was told there's a new owner who's really investing in the place and it shows in my view! and as of July 1st a new management team so I'm sad others had a bad experience or are salty about possibly being evicted but so far it's not my experience it's light-years different!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Mice, mold, drugs
January 3, 2024The appliances are 26 years OLD and in rough shape. There are mice, drug dealers/users in abundance. Fire doors don't close properly and many common area lights are broken. There's pot and cigarette smoke inside almost daily. It has taken us 7 months to de-mold and sanitize from the mouse droppings which have permeated just about everything.Review from Apartments.com
