I dunno what these reviews are about! Brooksedge is wonderful!! My 1br is newly remodeled as are the laundry rooms. My building is quiet and people friendly that I've spoken to . Office staff is very attentive efficient and personable in my experience. And patient with me as I figure out all the online tenant portal stuff lol I'm even able to put in for a handicap parking spot as I have some mobility issues. There's cameras in the parking lot and a nice grassy area to picnic or relax in. I was ...
able to bring my kitty and I believe they allow small dogs. Everything is clean and I love driving up to the property it's all lush and green and inviting. In my viewing I was told there's a new owner who's really investing in the place and it shows in my view! and as of July 1st a new management team so I'm sad others had a bad experience or are salty about possibly being evicted but so far it's not my experience it's light-years different!

Mice, mold, drugs

The appliances are 26 years OLD and in rough shape. There are mice, drug dealers/users in abundance. Fire doors don't close properly and many common area lights are broken. There's pot and cigarette smoke inside almost daily. It has taken us 7 months to de-mold and sanitize from the mouse droppings which have permeated just about everything.
