Living in this apartment has been a nightmare. The complex is poorly maintained, with trash often overflowing. The units themselves are outdated and in need of serious renovations. The management is incredibly unresponsive, taking weeks to address even the most urgent issues. Noise is a constant problem, as the walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Additionally, the rent is overpriced for the quality of living provided. I would strongly advise against moving ...

I had a terrible experience living at 572 brook st bristol. The building was constantly noisy.The apartment itself had several issues, including they spray paint over brown doors which cause it to peel, the tub was also spray painted and peeling bad exposing black mold under the spray painted tub, the water often is brown/yellowish. The cabients are also spray painted making it look bad.Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent living environment.

New landlord is bad as well as the maintenance. Water is usually brown, and when it's hot sometimes it turns yellow. The maintenance is so worried about the appearance on the outside however never even worries about the color of their water
DO NOT MOVE HERE! They have crackhead here that will bang on your door in the middle of the night

I've lived here for a little over a year now, the apartment is actually really big and spacious the bedroom and living rooms are big. I can have my pet companion here. They are pet friendly. They have little Dog trash bins around the apartment to discard poop which is convenient for pet owners. Heat and hot water included. The maintenance is pretty ok here but there is always room for improvement. It's a great area to be in everything that you need is all around you.
