Super friendly staff & beautiful apartment

This is our first home in the U.S., and it's perfect for our family. We love the pool, the whirlpool, and the Dog park.
The area is peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to everything we need. It's beautiful, surrounded by nature and lovely streets. The staff is very kind and welcoming Chesley and Hamida are doing great job.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I have been living here for 4 years and we love it. We don't have any complaints. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The pond is beautiful, and I have a great view of it from my apartment.
There are various amenities that we can enjoy such as the pool, gym, hot tub, and the dog park. We love the resident events hosted here as well. We appreciate both Chelsey and Hamida for planning these every month!

I’ve lived at Brookdale Lakes for a long time, and renewing my lease has always been an easy choice. The community is quiet with plenty of green space for walks, yet still just minutes from downtown Naperville and everything along Route 59. My floor plan doesn’t share walls with other units so I rarely hear my neighbors, and the attached two-car garage adds a lot of convenience. The maintenance team is excellent - they consistently respond within 24 hours, even for small requests. It’s been a ...

I needed to have washer and dryer in unit, which all of these apartments have.
Most have some sort of view - either tree lined or of the many ponds. The wildlife watching around the complex is awesome!
Lots of natural light with all windows and doors.
I did use the fireplace (and maintenance did the upkeep with chimney sweeping) and the giant tub for relaxing. Watching the wildlife in the the pond from the patio was a favorite pastime as well.
It’s quiet! I have NEVER heard side-to-side apartment noise, only walking above me (which is expected when living on the first floor).
The community:
Small feel with only 200 apartments. Easy to meet people when out walking or at the club house. It’s a quiet neighborhood and Brookdale is a top-notch location in Naperville. I have always felt safe. There is a sense of community here.
Well maintained grounds. Landscaping, lawn care, snow removal have all been great. Never any issues with a Chicagoland winter.
Easy access to interstate-88 and down town Naperville. Also all of the stores, shopping, grocery, etc your heart could desire down Route 59.
A diverse community of people. Young adult singles to families.
Pet friendly with plenty of waste stations throughout the property. Also, a perfect sized dog park. Rarely noticed waste that wasn’t picked up.
The club house will fulfill all your needs. You can even rent it out for parties if you would like. The fitness center, pool, hot tub, business center, gathering room, kitchen... it’s a home away from home.
The maintenance staff are quick and attentive. I never had any major issues, but even minor repairs were done within 24 hours.
The office staff have always been friendly, helpful, and respectful. There has been a lot of staff turn over in my 7 years, but I have never had any issue with any of the employees. With open communication by phone or email I have always been met with kindness.

I have been a resident of Brookdale Lakes for 3 years and have absolutely loved it. The community is so well kept and in an amazing neighborhood. It’s a quiet, safe, and very dog friendly complex. The location is very desirable - 10 minutes from downtown, minutes from all of the shops/restaurants on Route 59, and just a mile down the road from the highway. I've been here 1 and a half years and so far I have no complaints. Management does a good job taking care of all our needs. I have a nice view of the pond and it's quite relaxing.
The only thing I would change is perhaps to update the bathtubs/jacuzzi in the master.
Other than that am quite satisfied with everything. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I have lived at Brookdale for one year and are thoroughly enjoying it. Our patio looks out over a lake and my wife absolutely loves and enjoys the pool. We find it amazingly quiet within our apartment and enjoy our friendly neighbors. On the few occasions when we have had to request a maintenance item it has been done very promptly and professionally.
