Big Fat Liar, Scammers Biggest most corrupted apartment complex around here.
August 4, 2016This complex is run by a management company call Gem Management Co. I've lived here for 3 years and highly do not recommend it. Within these 3 years that I've been here they have had almost 10 manager changed. Most were fired or just quit because they were doing the right thing to served a tenant needs. Anything that's going to cost the complex $$$ they didn't want to hear it. This company fail to properly provide services for many years to a tenant that complaint about health issues that ...exist in the complex after it was reported to them and each time they would brush it off time after time leaving our family with unsafe health and living conditions for 3 plus years. We also found out from their previous employee that many times they would do things under the rug just to pass state and federal yearly inspections and do it all over again each year. They have a yearly recertification which means they will stick their nosey business nose into your personal life and accounts you have open out there.
