Falling Apart
February 3, 2016Brookshore only saving grace at this time is that you cannot hear your neighbors through the walls. The outside of some buildings are rotting, and most likely inside the walls, and there is mold throughout the rooms. The heating systems are outdated and coupled with the single pane windows and high vaunted ceilings they only serve as an energy drain that you are required to keep on and nothing more. Some years back when i reported mice inside the house i was handed poison and told the walls ...would stink. They apartments would be great if the owner renovated the actual structures as opposed to throw a new coat of paint on things but instead they up your rent after their negligence warrants serious repairs that aren't completed but instead are covered up. These aren't luxury apartments, they aren't even very good apartments, they were only worth living in due to the low cost. August 1, 2015Brookeshore Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The staff are very helpful, and timely with maintenance requests. Rent is reasonable, includes water, sewer, and garbage. Plenty of space. Pet friendly. I have friends who live here too, we all love it! Even the neighbors are nice!Review from Apartments.com
