July 18, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comnon-existent management, maintenance person put in charge and he's a jerk with a complex. If you have an issue there is no one to call. Locked up storage area will not let residents access there own things without his okay. Allows dogs and people don't clean up after them. parking is limited at night. AVOID at all cost.

IF YOU ASK FOR REPAIRS SHE WILL SAY NO. IF YOU NEED TO TALK TO THE LANDLORD SHE IS NEVER IN HERE OFFICE NEVER PICKS UP HERE PHONE NEVER ANSWER EMAILS. UNLESS SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED. THEY DO NT GIVE YOU 60 DAY NOTICE WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CANT RENEW YOUR LEASE FOR NO REASON AT ALL MAY I ADD. June 19, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comMy husband and I are very happy to live here. It's quiet and peaceful. We've been here for 3 years and have never had a problem. Whenever something needs to be repaired, Bob from maintenance is right there to take care of it.

June 19, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comLocation is great, I've been here for only a few months now but we are happy and it's right near 72. We get a lot for our money here. The kids love the playground. Thank you management for the barbecue, it's nice to know you think of your tenants!
