I have been here a month and i am really enjoying my spacious and quiet apartment!! I use to live in college station and was not happy there. It was too loud and students were rude and inconsiderate. I am so much happier living here in Bryan. The management and staff here have been so nice and very attentive. They work to make the complex clean, quiet, and a happy place to live. I have been very blessed to have such a beautiful place to call my own and to have such great management and staff! ...

It is very spacious quiet and close to stores and shopping .We have an accommodating staff and our maintenance crew are the best.We love the clean swimming pool.And it is great for senior citizens to live here.

Last year the apartment complex I have lived in now for three years switched owners. Since that time, the complex has gone completely downhill. They property is not the well-manicured place it had once been, and the questionable behavior by residents is far too tolerated.
In the past month alone, I have come home to no water, and often times when it is finally back on, I have no hot water.
The new managers do not address concerns in a timely manner, if at all. Glad my lease is about up....I'm ...
