Terrible Management

I'm leaving a poor review because I was previously a tenant and the landlord was very rude and disrespectful. He makes you pay all this money for rent and for maintenance fee and heat but the heat never works he controls when it comes on we are freezing and the lights were a constant problem and every time something wrong happened to the apartment we will have to submit a maintenance order which will take weeks or months for someone to come and get to and then he will get upset when you wouldn't ...

pay rent or pay only half of it until your apartment was fixed. He is a terrible landlord and I don't think anyone should be renting from this place or from him because he doesn't care about the tenants or our safety and the people that live in his property
