Pictures Misrepresent
May 7, 2021Such a greedy real estate corporation. Their Google picture shows a pool...there’s absolutely no pool or talk of one. The windows don’t stay up, they refuse to buy more recycling bins, no heat in winter, cracks in the walls. They increased rent $300 for a 1 Bed.Review from Apartments.com
Best Decision I’ve Made
September 29, 2020Brooksyde is a cozy, beautiful apartment with a location to die for! You’re a 7 minute walk from West Hartford Center but tucked away enough where it’s quiet. Christina is a delight to work with and made my move in process easy and fun. The maintenance staff is super speedy and friendly, as well. awful management
July 22, 2020I loved living here when I first moved in 2018, and now I am soooo happy I left. This may be the worst management company to exist. They do not answer your calls and emails in a timely manner, if at all. No issues are ever resolved. When maintenance came to my apartment to fix something they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I could go on about the issues this place has, but management alone was probably the main reason I left. Very disappointing considering the location is ideal.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible
March 3, 2020Management at all levels is negligent. They ignore problems and lie to your face. Many of the apartments didn't have heat for nearly two months in the winter. Everything is falling apart and they don't fix anything. They just paper over the problem until it gets worse. Management and maintenance will enter your apartment without notification for non-emergencies. Worst run apartment I have rented in the past 20 years.Review from Apartments.com

I stayed for almost 8 years!
April 15, 2016I called Brooksyde my home for almost 8 years and for good reason - the location is amazing (WH Center is only a 2 minute walk - great restaurants/bars/shopping/coffee), the apartments are sunny, spacious and clean and the rent did not bankrupt me. Angela at the leasing office was always helpful and kind and the maintenance staff responded to all my needs with a smile. I'll miss Brooksyde!Review from Apartments.com
