Extremely frustrating company - no communication

I have been trying to get a final account statement for over a week. I have left messages at the corporate office without return calls. I attempted to call the leasing office last week over 40 times. I have emailed them as well. Communication is horribly lacking.

Substandard living conditions.

I moved into a two down stairs apartment and the noise from the apartment above me was unbearable. I could hear the toilet when it was flushed, the washing machine running, and when the people were walking I sound as if there was a stampede occurring. There isn't any type of security and people can come and go as they please. This complex has 96 units and only seven (7) handicap parking spaces. One car has been parked in a handicap space for well over two years and hasn't moved. There are bugs, ...

mosquitoes, frogs, flies, cats and other creatures roaming the hallways. I have personally killed two snakes inside the building. When it rains the buildings leak and water comes into the entrances. Screen doors aren't provided and one would think that people would consider the fact that mosquitoes can enter the apartments and bite the elderly and cause serious medical problems. Elderly residents who must use wheel chairs and walkers reside on the second floor and can't use the stairs must rely on the elevators, and there is one elevator per building and each building has 48 apartments. The hallways are extremely hot in the summer and cold in the winter. There aren't and assigned parking spaces and one must jockey for a space. The overall welfare and safety of the residents doesn't seem to be a concern. Why is that?

We moved from San Diego to Texas. Wow, what a fantastic apartment we got here. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 closets, modern kitchen, comfortable living room with patio for $674.00 per month. The management is great, we have pool, exercise room, computer room and club house. The apartments are so well built that we never hear our next door or upstairs neighbor. We are happy, comfortable and secure here and thankful for a place so nice that we can afford to live in.
