December 16, 2020I love my townhome! it's huge and I was able to get a finished basement. What I love most is the price! I am getting $300.00 off the rent, monthly! I do wish I had extra parking. Amazing staff, great place
April 2, 2018Moved in less then 2 weeks and can say that Alicia was very helpful, and made everything very painless. Had an issue with a leak, and was greeted by a very professional maintenance staff member name Rubio who delt with the issue quickly, and explained everything. October 11, 2015Great exterior and grounds maintenance. Respectable-looking with retro charm, decent parking situation, affordable and spacious. Great mix of ages, races, families/singles. Surprisingly quiet considering proximity to neighbors and I-395. Close to bus stops and conveniently located. If you are handy and don't mind having to trap the occasional baby squirrel that falls in through the furnace in the spring or fall, these places are a great deal. Unfriendly management.
August 1, 2015The place might be ok for new residents. Wait until you move in. That is a totally different history. Poor maintenance. Have a lot of cockroaches, bed bugs. and other creatures. Recently they start to remove the carpets and living room the hardwood floors. But the staff they treat you nice the first day but after that is a different history. A lot of room for a good price.
July 29, 2015This townhouse is a great deal for the size and price. It's location is very close to a mall for shopping. It's in a neighborhood that's surrounded by other houses/condos and townhomes so it feels very residential. A beautiful walking path and creek run right along side of the complex. It has easy access to a major highway. The buildings are older/well built and therefore virtually soundproof. What I really like about it is that the entire two floors have really nice hardwood floors!Review from Apartments.com
lucky I found this place first when I moved to VA
