currently live here, nothing ever gets fixed, floor is flooded, no electricity in half of the apartment for over a year. worst place i've ever been.

Do not recommend this place. I lived there 4 years and right before I moved out they started fixing it up. They take forever to fix things. A/C went out last summer and it took them two weeks to fix. Apartment was not worth living in.
Maintenance and Management refusing to make simple repairs

I've lived in Bryan Hills apt for several years. Its only been recently that repairs have not been done in a timely fashion. Apartment office staff and maintenance personnel excuse pedal when asked about repairs. I usually mail certified letters to the office or hand in notarized letters to apartment office. I planning on contacting code enforcement if repairs are not done within three weeks. I've contacted corporate office leaving messages and sending emails. Regional Manager is out of reach

I am coming up on the end of my 1 year and I am going to be signing another lease. This complex is no only quiet but the staff is friendly, attentive, understanding and thorough. I recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a worry free, safe, quiet and affordable home.
