PROPERTY MANAGER IS NOT FRIENDLY - AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS ARE OBLIGATIONS
February 27, 2018The Property Management and Maintenance are very negligent to say the least!!! I have been a tenant for 3 years, prior to moving into the apartment the previous tenants evidently had cats. There was cat urine smell throughout. The Landlord NEVER, even after 3 years of rental payments on time each month, replaced said carpet or given explanation as to why. In addition, the toilet over flowed. After waiting on maintenance, who you think would be quick to preserve their property, for several ...hours, i fixed the over flow myself. Maintenance never came to repair, etc... The hot water heated busted, again, i was the one who cleaned up the mess and preserved their property while they took their sweet time before eventually repairing same. You would think in instances when there is water overflowing throughout an apartment, which is connected to other apartments, maintenance should be there no more than 30 minutes after the call. This complex is rude, does not care about their tenants, and only care about rent being on time and even then you do not get any gratitude for being a good tenant. I should have withheld the rent several times due to their lack of consideration and failure to provide due diligence as any landlord should in the above instances. The only good think about this complex is its location, but NEW MANAGEMENT IS A MUST!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
