I live in a three bedroom at Buena Place, which is the perfect amount of space for us college-aged girls. The kitchen is pretty small, but functional. The common space is adequate, but I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bedrooms. Very closely located to Cast Member Services for people working at Walt Disney World. It is only about a 10-15 minute drive from anywhere on the Walt Disney World property, and only about a half an hour from Universal Studios Orlando Resort. You are so ...

My apartment is in a very nice location in Windermere. You can see the Disney fireworks every night, the neighborhood is really safe and the maintenance staff is really attentive when something needs to be fixed.

My Husband and I moved in last month and we are so happy to say that this is where you can relax, walk by a lake, and even enjoy modern living at an affordable price. Everything works great and if you ever need anything its just either a phone call away or an email away. This place has online services that go beyond other places. From ample parking to having the mail closer then most other places this place is awesome and they even have events that go on during the year too. The only thing is ...
the waiting list but once your on the waiting list you can do your normal pre planning like we did and then your ready for living a much better life. For us we are so happy that we know why they had a waiting list and the service here is second to none. I do not think that we moved in early enough. This place is a dream come true for us works a short drive.

We just moved into Buena Place Apt and really love it here. We used to live West Orlando Area where it was very noisy and needed to move here where it is very quiet as well as friendly too. The apartments are like living in an actual house. Everything is perfect and just minor adjustments had to be made but it is like night and day here.

This apartment building is a great location if you fall in the guidelines of "low income." They are safe, clean, and understanding. The location is minuets away from Disney world, in fact it is directly across the street from the WDW cast parking lot. You can catch an amazing view each night of the fireworks from the apartment.
