The apartments in the picture make it look good but in reality they look like a dump. If you want something fixed be prepared to wait 3 months for it to get fixed. There is people always drunk yelling at everybody that walks past here cops always here. Be prepared to not get your deposit back she kim never gives them back she will come up with some excuse as of to why your not getting it back she will also come up with a lie to evict you and she gets away with it lease at your own risk theres ...

alot more stuff wrong about georgetown but it will take me 2 days to type it all.

I really enjoy living here, it's quiet and peaceful. I also love how friendly everyone is especial the office and maintenance staff. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Though the advert says 1 pet some apartments have two or more. The manager keeps a great dane in the office that doesn't like other dogs and will attack them. There are no breed restrictions (pit bulls abound) and no weight limits. The pool is always green with algae and the laundry room is usually filthy with mildew in the washers. Large turnover of gardeners and maintenance staff. Lots of unregistered longterm "guests" and strangers lurking around at all hours. Gunshots are commonly heard ...

with police helecoptors routinely flying overhead. A very noisy place all night long. Rent here at your own risk. I'm leaving as soon as possible.
