Misleading - Look Elsewhere
October 25, 2022Sure, the price of the unit you're interested in might look good at first glance, but BEWARE: You are significantly better off looking elsewhere! CONS: - 10% rent hikes PER YEAR. Absolute robbery. - Ants. Sugar ants and YES, you will have to keep fighting them off. - The "free communal laundry" makes your items STINK and leaves an oily residue on your clothes. Get comfy because you'll be scrubbing that out with a toothbrush and some Dawn soap on your couch after each load. - DIRTY! The ...interior of the building is only EVER cleaned when someone new is moving in. The rest of the year, the inside gets filthy with dirt, debris, stains, spiders and spider webs. - In order to crack down on mold, the windows of the building itself are kept wide open year-round. That means freezing cold in the winter and free-range for the smoke during wildfire season. - Management changes hands constantly but no matter who owns the building, they will do everything in their power to not fix anything in your apartment. Get comfortable with doing your own maintenance! PROS: - The building is very quiet. I have never had an issue with excessive noise from neighbors in all my years of living here. - Neighbors are very friendly and polite. The community is kind to one another. The cons outweigh the pros. Don't move here - you'll get more bang for your buck elsewhere!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
