Cool Warehouse Condos
February 16, 2021Unique Condos as it used to be an old Tobacco Warehouse. Each unit is different. Ours has an exposed brick wall and high ceilings. 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Pet friendly with small dog park on property. Great walking location to downtown Durham. One negative is that sound travels in the the building.Review from Apartments.com
Street-side units are extremely noisy
June 22, 2020Beware firstnfloor units that face Duke Street. You'll have ambulances and street sweepers passing by your living room window at 11 p.m. or later. During the day there are dump trucks and 18 wheelers going by, because Duke Street leads to I-85. These units are nearly uninhabitable.Review from Apartments.com

November 4, 2019Bullington Warehouse is a condo community. While there are quite a few condos rented by owners, renters are NOT WELCOME in the community. Many are not aware of the condo bylaws and owners get fined for infractions, passing on the fines to renters. BEWARE!Review from Apartments.com
