They claim no hidden fees, but…

I would love to know what percentage of security deposits are returned. Rented for two years and felt they cheated us out of our security deposit. For example, one charge was for dirty burner trays on our stovetop. They were two years old! We also had our car broken into and patio furniture stolen. We asked management to pull footage as they have signs that they ha security cameras. They told us they didn’t actually have any cameras.
