Renters Reviews and Ratings
DONT RENT HERE! ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON!
May 24, 2025The apartment is in a great area—convenient to most parts of the Westside and easy to access from anywhere in LA. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. You might wonder, “If it's in such a good location, why is the rent what it is?” The answer: this apartment building is terrible. The elevator on the 8670 side breaks down frequently. One time, it took them seven months to repair it. Management initially claimed the repairs would take only a few weeks, but there was no communication ...when the delay stretched on. You’ll need a P.O. box because mail theft is common. I've had credit cards and holiday cards stolen shortly after they were delivered. Of course, packages aren’t safe either. There are Amazon lockers, but if your package isn't from Amazon or is too large for the lockers, it won't be secured. I had a new laptop shipped for a job, and it was stolen. My apartment was broken into. Other buildings might send an email notifying residents and urging them to take extra precautions—but not this one. It makes me wonder how many other break-ins occurred without my knowledge. Lastly, some of the neighbors are extremely loud, and management refuses to take action. A couple next door fought several nights a week for years. The police were even called on them, but apparently, it’s acceptable for people to scream at each other—even at midnight on a weekday. If you value a secure, peaceful living environment, run far away from this place.Property Manager Responded

DONT DO IT!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!
May 29, 2021DON’T DO IT!!!!! Whoever rated this building 5 stars either got paid for their review, is the building manager (who’s terrible at her job), or has EXTREMELY LOW STANDARDS OF LIVING. The (3) “amenities” they offer (secured building, laundry room, and “rooftop deck”) are all lies. Not to mention they charge you for EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING’S water consumption, which includes laundry (even though they still charge their tenants per load, on top of what they already charge us per month for the ...water). It should be criminal, frankly!!! Paying for water I don’t even use and then being charged again every time I do use it COME ON!!! On top of that, the building is so old that the callbox, elevator, and garage doors are constantly broken with little resolve (they put bandaids on everything but never actually fix the issues nor do they even advise their renters when their are issues). Imagine having to leave for work one morning and not being able to get your car out of the parking garage. And yes, it’s happened (more than once). If that wasn’t enough to deter you, if you still decide to move in here, you can expect to have you personal property stolen (regularly), including your laundry, mid-wash!!! Oh, and the best part is that the building will take ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility for it. Enter at your own risk!!!! Don’t say you weren’t warned.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
