Ok but not worth it

Pros: People were friendly at first but they always changed workers there. Only person that was pleasant and constantly employed was their maintenance guy. Had 1 holiday dinner for the tenants. Had food trucks sometimes at the property. Plenty of dog bags/trash bins. Cons: Front gate was broken every weekend. We had to ask multiple times for our pool/gym fob. During the summer, we had a raid of huge black crickets around our front door. We had to make sure they didnt enter or was on our dog when ...
we came in. There were time or 2 that it made it to our master room though. They also charged us to replace the carpet when we left. We wiped our dog paws and took our shoes off while in the apt so it was not dirty to the point they needed to replace it. They rushed us out the last few days we had so we didn't get to vacuum after we hurried out. They literally kicked us out 2 days before our lease was up. We paid up to a date but because they were unorganized, it was sooner than what we had. They even lost our 30 day notice.
