A waste of time
April 8, 2019I'm a person that feels time is money, and one thing you don't do with me is play with either. Today I scheduled another tour to see the apts after about a 10 min wait we were told we can't see the property because it was cloudy no rain just cloudy. No sprinkles no nothing again this is my second time wasting time and gas then the one who we doing the showing supposedly says come back in to more days smh. DO NOT MOVE HERE
December 29, 2018The apartments are old and roach, rat infested.Most of the tenants have dogs and cats and didn't pay any fees.You will be charged a hefty admin fee that is Not refundable.They never install new appliances and the apartments are FULL OF MOLD AND MILDEW.Most reviews on this property thats more than 1 star are lies.Just ride around and randomly ask someone about the property, and look at the condition of the buildings.Review from Apartments.com
Don't move here
February 26, 2018Worst place I ever lived. The apartments are outdated. You can't get anyone to come fix things that are wrong with your apartment. They have mold in the walls which comes through and messes up clothes and furniture. It should be against the law for them to rent knowing the dangers of mold. The leasing office only cares about getting paid. They will smile in your face to get you in but let you have a complaint that changes attitudes really quick. They know these apartments are run down. ...Emergency maintenance is a joke. Roaches!!!! Quiet and friendly environment
October 26, 2017I have been living here for a year now, and I can honestly say I have no complaints. Jaecinta who works in the office is always helpful and kind. If there are any issues that arise she handles them promptly. Maintenance workers are prompt and thorough in responding to maintenance requests. Great Place to Live!
September 25, 2017Nina, the Leasing Manager with her customer service skills makes moving a smooth transition. Once a tenant, her skills continue as she refers/documents your request to the proper departments until the request is resolved. The entire staff has been very helpful to me. We need more Nina's in the world! The various activities of the community makes one feel they are a part of the community in which you live. Worst Place on Earth!
August 9, 2015The only Upside to living at the Central Park Apartments is the cheap rent. But if you enjoy living with roaches, being told to clean communal hallways, and having emergency maintenance that shows up three weeks later (if ever at all) this I the place to live. The property manager's only resolution to any and all residents' complaints and requests is "if you don't like it, you can move." This place is the pits.Review from Apartments.com
