Windows don't stay open even after "fixing;" come look at the complex's opened windows for yourself and you'll see that tenants have to keep them propped open with random objects. Only two dryers and two washers for the whole building, and one of them is always leaking, so the floor always has a wet puddle around the machines. The back area isn't maintained beyond semi-regular lawn-mowing; broken tiles, broken glass from windows, overgrown vegetation, and general trash are left in the backyard until it becomes time to show the property to new tenants. The "tennis court" in the back, which has had a broken net just lying on the ground for years, fills with dead plant material every year until they clear it out for showings; it has also been padlocked shut for much of our stay despite being told it could be used. Many of the tenant mailboxes don't lock. Lobos Management manages this property
