May 31, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comMoved into an uncleaned apartment with a broken window, cut-open window screens, and a sink that didn't drain. Carpet has multiple holes cut into it with ethernet cables sticking out. Broken tiles in walls. There is exposed piping from old wall radiators that flakes off rust, which we have to warn our guests about, as we have cut ourselves on it. The original shower walls are covered with hard plastic covers which are badly-sealed and collect water and mildew inside of them, which then drips out ...of the peeling adhesive and into the bathtub during showers. The bathtub is painted over and the paint chips into the bathwater when I bathe. Windows don't stay open even after "fixing;" come look at the complex's opened windows for yourself and you'll see that tenants have to keep them propped open with random objects. Only two dryers and two washers for the whole building, and one of them is always leaking, so the floor always has a wet puddle around the machines. The back area isn't maintained beyond semi-regular lawn-mowing; broken tiles, broken glass from windows, overgrown vegetation, and general trash are left in the backyard until it becomes time to show the property to new tenants. The "tennis court" in the back, which has had a broken net just lying on the ground for years, fills with dead plant material every year until they clear it out for showings; it has also been padlocked shut for much of our stay despite being told it could be used. Many of the tenant mailboxes don't lock. Lobos Management manages this propertyRead MoreProperty Manager Responded

My person experience
July 13, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMy experiences with Centre Court: -ROACHES in my kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom -Kitchen water floods into the bathtub when I do the dishes -Bathroom sink does not drain -Ac box is in the living room so bedroom gets severely hot at night Please consider before applying
Great building, great location
July 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a very nice building in a great location. It's quiet and very close to several bus lines, which run to CMU and Pitt campuses as well as downtown and the Strip District. It's less than a mile from Giant Eagle Market District, Aldi, Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe's. The management company has been wonderful from the first day I called to inquire about renting. In over a year, I have had only one problem and it was resolved immediately by the maintenance staff. I would highly recommend ...this building for the convenient location and the helpful management and maintenance staffs.Read More
