Everything horrible
July 10, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comAbsolutely horrible experience. We got moved to a different unit before we even moved in and the smell was terrible and there was roaches and everything wasn’t put together. The pipes are broken and the shower water turns blue, the glass was pealing off the mirror and they refused to fix it, the dumpster is never taken out, it’s a gated community but there’s no gate. Why is the gate never locked? Very unprofessional, i haven’t even been living there for a long time and this was the worst place ...i’ve ever lived in. There was mold in the refrigerator before we even moved in and they refused to fix ALL of it and we had to clean that disgusting mess ourselves, unacceptable. Some bathrooms had extremely high water pressure to the point where it felt like hail and one bathrooms had extremely low water pressure to the point where it felt like nothing and don’t get me started on the management, i wonder why i was seeing so many u-haul trucks throughout my time living there but i see see why. Granite, stainless, dark floors, huge closets, etc. The property manager is very nice but the maintenance requests, even small ones, take forever to get fixed or even acknowledged. With only half the units occupied this is very concerning. The dumpster overflows constantly. While it is nice that the community is so well-lit, the street lights are very bright and poorly placed. Without thick curtains in the front bedroom windows we wouldn't be able to sleep. The breaker ...box is right in the middle of the wall in the downstairs hallway. It's very unsightly. You can't cover it up and can't hang pictures in the hallway due to its placement. There are no amenities. (Unless you count valet trash...) no pool, playground, dog park, gym- literally no amenities. Considering this, the rent is very high. It's nice inside but for the price you can do better.Read More
