Chaney Place
July 29, 2015The inside is wonderful. Granite, stainless, dark floors, huge closets, etc. The property manager is very nice but the maintenance requests, even small ones, take forever to get fixed or even acknowledged. With only half the units occupied this is very concerning. The dumpster overflows constantly. While it is nice that the community is so well-lit, the street lights are very bright and poorly placed. Without thick curtains in the front bedroom windows we wouldn't be able to sleep. The breaker ...box is right in the middle of the wall in the downstairs hallway. It's very unsightly. You can't cover it up and can't hang pictures in the hallway due to its placement. There are no amenities. (Unless you count valet trash...) no pool, playground, dog park, gym- literally no amenities. Considering this, the rent is very high. It's nice inside but for the price you can do better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
