October 24, 2025The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is tucked away. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and even more just a short drive away. The property and units are nice but nothing too fancy or over-the-top; they are comfortable. Management should be happy Katherine is around and should definitely give her a raise for all she has taken on and being the only constant on the team.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2025We pay for parking. Now parking spots have signs posted saying they are reserved spots. They sit empty, along with handicapped spots which sit empty. Also, we are apparently now back to not emptying the recycling.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2025Enjoyed living at Cierra Crest for 3 years. Unit was great. Never had major issues. Matientance is talented but can take a day or two. More security on premises would be nice, and annual rent raises are a little lame, but otherwise no complaints.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2025Great location to all of DTC offerings. Great staff and very helpful in getting any request done in an extremely fast amount of time. Only real issues are fixing the potholes before winter sets in and please new locks on the mailroom! Putting up an expensive gate with no locks.....Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025The parking lot desperately needs to be repaved and the 30 year old ACs will run your power bill up to 300-400$ during the summer near regardless of how high you set it.Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2025It's mostly good but we've had some issue recently. Rent is going up, the community electric bill is absurdly high if everyone is paying $30 a month, and communication between staff isn't the best. We came across staff trying to open our garage that we pay for because someone said to check if it was vacant.Property Manager Responded
