They have it posted that they’re wait list is open & that there is a unit available but yet when I called the lady said she was told to tell callers that there is no availability & that the wait list is closed..

The lady that answered the phone was vague and rude. Said everything is not available and that the wait lists are closed. While I asking for other information, she repeatedly said "everything is closed" "nothing is available" and was in a rush to get off the phone with me.
