Unsecure building

I am extremely disappointed with this building.
Before signing the lease, the very first question we asked was whether the building was safe and if thefts ever happened inside the property. We were explicitly told that it was a very safe building and that theft was not an issue.
Unfortunately, that has been far from our experience.

discovered that my expensive bicycle (worth around $700) had been stolen from the paid underground parking, for which we pay an additional monthly fee.
For a building that promotes itself as a luxury property, this level of security is completely unacceptable. The building itself is beautiful, but appearances mean very little when residents cannot feel confident that their belongings are safe.
If security is important to you, I would seriously think twice before choosing to live here. Based on my experience, theft has been a recurring problem, and I feel misled by what we were told before moving in.
