September 28, 2018If you're looking for a place to live, be comfortable and safe - LOOK ELSEWHERE. If you're looking for property manager and office staff that are pleasant and professional - LOOK ELSEWHERE. If you're looking for a place that will work with you and respect you - LOOK ELSEWHERE. This is NOT where you want to live. Since I had moved the people in the front office changed multiple times and things did not always get handed down from one person to the next. Then along comes a new property manager (at ...least the 3rd in 2 years). She had very recently become a "certified" property manager and had "to prove" herself without regard to anyone or anything - and very much an extremely unpleasant woman to deal with. The now current Newly certified property is UNPROFESSIONAL and will not work with you. They advertise as luxury complex - the appliances are old and NOT luxury at all - if they even work correctly - mine didn't. Handles fell off, the dishwasher didn't clean and tried to fall out of the cabinet, and with cheap "rental" carpets. August 5, 2015I really love my new apartment. The floorplan is very spacious and I have a beautiful pool view, the kitchen has granite countertops and there is crown molding throughout the apartment. I feel that it is like owning a home but still having the amenities that apartment living provides. The office personnel was amazing!!! I feel very fortunate to have leased this apartment.Review from Apartments.com
