Overall yuck
August 1, 2023Our experience overall with each move in has been less than acceptable. Too many things to list. If you are considering living here, please do not assume that the apartment will be to your liking. You'll be tasked with getting the unit up to any normal standards. My guess is since it is mostly students that they can get away with advertising a Mercedes and giving you an old Ford. Renter beware. Good luck.Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2023It's okay. Quiet for the most part, except for my rude neighbors upstairs. The staff is friendly at the front, if a little clueless at times. Maintenance is amazing because they actually FIX THINGS not just put bandages on them and tell you it's fixed. They'll give you a new appliance if they can't fix it or it's too much trouble to do so. Would be nice if there weren't only two dumpsters and they were way the heck on the other side of the complex.Property Manager Responded

April 1, 2023So far Cabana Beach is good and bad is has its pros and cons very nice design in premium and platinum not so much flooring. I have terrible roommates and the complex has not helped me in being transferred and the pool closes way too early but besides that it’s a nice complex.Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2023Great apartment for students! Awesome pool view. Maintenance never came to fix my closet or fan or shower door but they did come to repair the washer. The dishwasher doesn’t drain and no one came to fix it other than maintenance. Overall nice experience.Property Manager Responded
