Very unhelpful maintenance I submitted a maintenance request to fix my non draining dishwasher. It’s a very easy fix, all you need to do is clean the clogged filter. However, your staff failed to do so, stated that the request had been filled despite not fixing it and cancelled any future order to fix it because of a “duplicate work order”. WEEKS, while me and 3 other people have to hand wash all of our dishes. This is incredibly frustrating, and everyone has been very unhelpful. It’s clear that the maintenance people just don’t want to have to do the work to fix it, keep cancelling my orders to do so and are replacing the whole unit spending your money and my time.
